All plans have a 12-month minimum term, then roll monthly. You choose the plan that fits your member count and can move up or down at any time; the new price starts from your next monthly bill.

Selling programmes and videos
Sell training programmes, technique videos and other digital products on the PRIME marketplace. PRIME takes 4% of each sale.

Good to know
Finder's fee: when someone finds you on PRIME and joins, PRIME keeps 20% of their first month (e.g. £15 on a £75 membership). It's once per new member; from month two you keep everything. Members you add yourself or import carry no finder's fee.
Otherwise, membership payments, joining fees and payment links carry no PRIME fee.
Payments are processed by Stripe and paid into your own Stripe account. Stripe's card processing fees are separate and set by Stripe.
Cancel any time. During the first 12 months, cancelling ends your plan when the minimum term ends; after that, at the end of the month you've paid for.
If you refund a payment, PRIME's fee on it is refunded in proportion.
